George the owner was amazing! My bank canceled my payment when I placed my order and locked my account thinking it was fraudulent activity on my account. I was trying frantically to call the florist and the phone just rang. So I started an email to the florist. Just as that happened, George the owner of the florist is calling me on my cell phone. Unbeknownst to me, as he explained ...the power was knoocked out at his shop due to the transformer being struck by lightning during the storm they experienced earlier in the day. I explained to him that my bank inadvertently shut down my card. George was teriffic we had a nice conversation, he got my order placed and i paid using another form of payment. What florist, let alone an owner do you know that would call you on your cell phone to let you know there was an issue with your order. Well he did and I am greatful for his kindness and would recommend Woodbury Flowers to anyone and everyone. The Birthday flowers were beautiful! Thank you George, my Aunt loved the Birthday Flowers.

I emailed from Glasgow , Scotland asking for some flowers to be delivered nearby , got an email back at 8am USA time … saying it can be fine by 11.55am it had been delivered …. Super service , great communication. Thank you Dawn . Love from Scotland
